About myself
Hey Friends! Reach out if you'd like to connect! 828 202 1111 I've lived in Asheville since 1996! I've been an investor since 2004 and a real estate agent since 2014. I've owned my own brokerage since 2017. I know all the restrictions on owning an Airbnb in the city of Asheville. I've also had some hard knocks with Airbnb that I'm happy to share. I'm using VRBO solely now. I'm a tech nerd and have a background in web design. I'm just getting back into investing after having sold my rental to reap the rewards of 2021/22. Happy Investing Everyone! ~ Jennifer
