I an new to real estate, have yet to close my first deal. I also have a full time 8-5, a husband, four step-kids, and a toddler. I am anxious to get into the real estate and investing world so that I can break out of the daily grind and have my work be much more fulfilling. I have always wanted to flip houses, since I was a kid and would ride through dilapidated neighborhoods just thinking about restoring them to the beauty they once had.
