I’m Jennifer Ruelens, better known as PM Jen, the PM is for Property Manager. I’ve spent the last 20+ years doing the unglamorous, critical work that makes buy-and-hold real estate succeed. I’m the founder and broker-owner of One Focus Property Management, a full-service property management, maintenance, and construction company based in North Central Pennsylvania. We manage 600+ residential units for real estate investors who are building long-term, generational wealth. My team and I focus on stabilization, risk reduction, operational discipline, and protecting cash flow over the long haul. That’s why I also created Hold It with PM Jen, a podcast and education platform for buy-and-hold investors who want the truth, not hype. I teach investors how to buy smarter, hold longer, and manage properties with more protection, less work, and no drama. I talk openly about what breaks portfolios, what actually fixes them, and why operations matter more than almost anything else. I’m a buy-and-hold advocate, a loud voice for responsible housing, and a firm believer that real wealth is built slowly and intentionally.
