Reviving my investment journey, and learning all I can. In July of 2021 I did a 1031 exchange on an outdated STR investment that never quite took. Reinvested those funds into 3 properties. My current focus is on LTR and STR rentals in areas with military presence. The properties under contract are SFH but my goal next year is to dive into multifamily. So far I’m having a great time learning under pressure and can’t wait to see what comes next.
