I'm an active real estate broker. Licensed in CA & NV. I am currently working with a broker that receives REO's. Vylla is formerly known as Carrington Real Estate. Parent company is Carrington Holdings and Carrington Mortgage Services a lot of loans and handles the foreclosure process for many of their investors. I have done deals all over California and other states. My concentration is in Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange and some San Diego counties in CA and now in Clark County in Nevada. My husband is a mortgage lender and has been in the business for 28 years. We know title, escrow, lending, buying and selling traditional, short sales, and foreclosures. I'm looking to get into multi-family properties and eventually move to apartments, commercial properties. Maybe get into storage facilities and mobile home parks. In the past I have invested in SFR's. Experience: I am experienced with short sales and negotiating them. I have bought and sold short sale as an investor. I work with sellers and buyers and work with investors in those 2 categories too. Since I invest myself, I have more knowledge in this area to assist other investors. I have lending experience as well and my husband/business partner has been in lending for over 24 years. We are a team with a lot of experience, however, always open to new ideas and constantly learning! Real Estate Goals: Have a good size real estate brokerage and operations team and continue to either invest in residential homes and/or start doing real estate development.
