My husband and I live in Royal Oak, Michigan. Joe is an engineer and I manage a training department for a software company and work on the marketing team. We bought our current home during the great recession and did an extensive rehab on a 1930's cape cod home while living in it. We gained excellent experience in home renovation and can tackle most non-structural jobs ourselves. We currently own and manage 7 rental properties in Royal Oak, Madison Heights, Oak Park, and Warren.
