I have been involved in real estate since 2007 but have been around the real estate business all my life. I made the decision to make real estate investing my career in 2018. My strategy is long distance real estate investing. I am interested in all markets and eager to learn from others. I have 5 doors in Indianapolis and am focused on the BRRRR strategy in the Midwest area. However, to generate cash to purchase buy and hold properties, I am flipping in Indianapolis. We also house hack our Denver home, renting our basement by the month to primarily traveling nurses.
