Through a lot of self learning, I bring the financial and logistical skills to our real estate investing, and my husband has the renovation and maintenance expertise. Experience: Successfully completed a live in flip with good profit outside Austin, TX. Currently we have one single family rental home and a primary residence. We are long term buy and hold investors. Real Estate Goals: My husband and I are interested in building a rental real estate portfolio to support our living in 15 to 20 years.
