I’ve been a real estate investor since the day I graduated high school in 1989. I am a second-generation realtor. My father encouraged me to invest in my first townhome as a graduation present and I have never looked back. I offer a unique perspective on the Las Vegas real estate market being that I was born and raised in Las Vegas. I have seen this town grow from a small, know your neighbor community to a bustling metropolis (which now has an NHL team and will soon have an NFL team). The knowledge of my home town is extensive and the understanding of what people are looking for comes from my 24 plus years of being a full-time realtor. My love for owning and renting properties led me to opening my own Property Management Company in 2005. McKenna Property Management manages over 1100 single family units here in the Las Vegas valley and is looking to grow to over 3,000 managed units in the next 5 years. Looking to help the novice to the most experienced investor make the right choices in their Las Vegas real estate purchases. I have a team ready to locate, negotiate and secure your next investment purchase and then will smoothly transition that purchase into McKenna Property Management’s rental family where we will find a great tenant quickly and for the most rent the market will bear.
