I am an Investor from Texas and own rental properties in several US states. Currently seeking fourplexes/triplexes in desirable areas with above national average population and income growth, low property tax ( better under 1.5%), prefer states like UT, ID, CO, AZ, CA, OR, NV, NC, GA, SC. Also interested in good apartment syndication deals in any state.
