I am a novice to my own real estate investing but have observed my parents, uncles and aunts go at it for years. Instead of sinking available cash into my first multifamily, I poured it into lawschool. Now I have a law degree, a whole lot of 'ability' and no properties to show for it. I'm ready to dive in.
