About myself
I'm a new real estate investor determined to build wealth through real estate. I'm particularly interested in the BRRRR method as a strategy. I have completed one live-in flip (accidentally), one house-hack and one buy and hold (as of 2023). I'm looking to expand my experience more and acquire properties that I can hold for the cash flow and the equity. Because of that, I like the Central-South Jersey Markets.
