Started investing in 2000, wholesale, rehab/flip, landlord, sub-2, wrap, etc. Attended law school after the 2008 crash. Draft lender docs, entity formation, JVs, due diligence, structure transactions, Reg D offerings, disputes, and litigation. Clean title issues, probate (my pre-law deals) and boundary disputes. Formed Othala Management which uses the apartment syndication model to pool investors in open-ended funds (come and go) to fund Hard Money Lenders, secured by their BRRRR real estate notes/liens in Texas.
