Experience: Real Estate has been and will always be a passion of mine. I wish I would have never stopped doing it for 7 years while I climbed the corporate ladder. I am currently trying to make up for lost time. I enjoy analyzing deals, finding opportunities that others may have missed, and enjoying the negotiating and buying process. Professional Background I am currently a Production Manager for a paper mill and a Chemical Engineer by trade. I am responsible for around 125 and a $250 million dollar manufacturing facility with a yearly budget of $100 million dollars. I enjoy developing people, systems, and making other improvements by thinking outside the box in order to continuously improve profitability on a year over year basis. Real Estate Investing Present In 2017, my wife and I bought our first two duplexes in the Cincinnati area. These duplexes are located in C+ to B- neighborhoods (which will be our focus). These units should be fully rented during the 1st Quarter of 2018 at which time we will be looking for another property. These units should have a conservative total cash flow of $800-1000/month. We did have a lot of "learning opportunities" during this learning phase but are looking forward to our next purchases. We purchased a SFR in November of 2018 and loo to continue building our portfolio in Cincinnati. Past From 2006-2010 while I lived in Texas, I moved 6 times during a 2 year time period in order to purchase multiple houses with large tracts of land. At the end of 2 years, I owned approximately 100+ acres of land that I either sold or owner financed. I also owned an 18 unit mini storage facility and a house that I completed a live in and flip. Real Estate Goals: Ultimate goal is to generate enough money to allow my wife and I to take the summer offs to travel and explore the world with our kids! My profile pick is my son and I hiking in the Swiss Alps with the Matterhorn in the background. This is what life is all about! Continue investing in multifamily opportunities (2-4 plex units) and learn commercial multifamily investing in order to increase cashflow and generate a monthly target of at least $10,000.
