I’m an apprentice lineman in Sacramento and just starting on this real estate journey. We sold our sfh and purchased a duplex in Folsom that we are currently renovating and house hacking! My wife and I attended Franks mobile home university boot camp in Austin Texas this past December and are actively looking for a mhp to purchase as well.
