I'm an attorney who invests in real estate. I'm mainly focused on buying rental property in Ohio, but also interested in opportunities in Northern Virginia (where I live) and Ocean City, MD. I'm trying to replace my income and gain financial independence. My primary interest is in finding properties to buy and rent that will make me positive cash flow. I currently have six rentals in central Ohio and one in central Texas.
