I started out as a residential General Contractor doing bathroom and kitchen remodels for family and friends. I quickly figured out I had the know-how to run profitable real estate investments and bought my first house as a Flip. Someone was murdered in that house! I learned a lot during that first flip, have purchased 15 other properties at the foreclosure auction since then, flipping most of them but keeping several of them as SFR, long term rentals - all with positive monthly cash flow. I have a BA in Accounting, a BS in Construction Management, and a minor in Architecture, all from the University of Washington. Experience: I am a licensed, bonded, and insured General Contractor and have been since 2008. I have purchased or sold over $17,000,000 of real estate investment deals. I own or co-own 9 rental units (2 duplexes, 4 houses and a condo) and have another duplex under construction. Real Estate Goals: Keep flipping while setting up additional rental units. The next big move is to purchase my first commercial income property, likely apartments.
