Jeremy Gray

I am interested in helping people get started in real estate. I have homes in the Sacramento and Reno areas. I am in my mid 50s and I retired from the rat race in my 40s. I have rental properties, but believe in getting rich slowly through appreciation, diversification, and living well within my means. I have a boutique vineyard and winery in the Sierra Foothills in California and I split my time between there and our place near Lake Tahoe. I am currently looking for an opportunity to buy property in the Reno or Sacramento areas. I have a finance background and am also interested in note investing. I am also skilled in the trades and am capable of doing everything from concrete, framing, sheet rock, finish carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, and landscape design and construction. I am not big on social media having been born in the age of rotary phones not smart phones.
