I've worked since 2004 in manufacturing. Currently working full time as the General Manager for an electrical manufacturing company in central Utah. Active investor in Utah, with long term rentals and Flips. I'm working to get into the DFW market of Texas for short term rentals. Operated LTR and STR. Started doing short term lending in May to wholesalers on double closes, EMD, and hard money loans through actcapital.co. Recently started the Investor Chat Podcast on Youtube to interview other RE investors and share their stories of growth, challenges, and successes.
