Jeremy Levine

First part of my career was spent running construction projects for a large NYC general contractor. Started as an intern and spent the next 7 years working my way up the ladder. Completed projects ranging from $1million to several hundred million in volume. From there I moved on to a small owners rep/ developer running my clients projects in NYC from pre-construction through closeout which allowed me to expand my knowledge and experience past the construction phase of real estate development. I’ve completed small retail fitouts to a 200,000Sf retail new build, a 24 story multifamily rental in midtown NYC built to passive house construction standards and multiple school projects to note a few over the past 7 years. Currently building a portfolio of short term rental (airbnb) properties and looking to get into multifamily properties.
