I have always wanted to get into rentals. So I finally did. But I didn't know anything. I bought, performed all of the necessary reno's, and have it rented. Since, I have been learning how to do what I did. So that going forward, I'll be able to do it better. Currently, I have 4 SFH and 1 MFH, looking for the next deal. Experience: Since starting in 2013 I have purchased some SFR's and a duplex. In addition, I do home inspections. Real Estate Goals: Looking to have 57 properties within 18 years.
