Jeremy Simpson

I grew up in the South Georgia and North Florida area. I lived in Mississippi for seven years and for the past ten years I have lived in Southern California. I am a real estate investor with a focus on SFR, Mobile Homes, and small Multi-Family properties. I look for a minimum of 8% cap rate and 20% COC unless it's a new build or newly renovated property. I currently invest in markets I know (Georgia, Florida, Mississippi, and California) but I am open to discussing new markets if the opportunity is right. I have a goal to build my portfolio to 150 plus doors in the next five years.
