I'm a software engineer and weekend warrior at the investment properties. We have 2 MF Long term holds in Nashua (5 units) and a SF long term hold in Wilmington MA. Have experience in condo management, and remodeling. My better half works in underwriting/lending. We maintain and manage our own rentals. Joined BP to better plan out next move. Would be interested in networking with other investors in Southern NH, swapping labor/knowledge.
