Husband and father of 3. I have been a slow turner so far. I was taking on one project a year and doing most of the rehab work myself. I have switched between flips and rentals. Now I am thinking of building out the rental portfolio some more. Experience: I have four rental houses (single family) in Washington. I also bought another house in Pennsylvania which I paid cash for and now have on a land contract. I've also flipped three houses along the way. This has been over a 10 year period.
