I'm a full time working engineer that likes learning how to take the hard earned cash and turn it into sustainable passive income. I use real estate as a vehicle to leave a financial legacy for my family and produce income that allows me to help more causes than just my day job. I am looking to learn how to build my portfolio and network with other great members on bigger pockets! Experience: I have one property in Cincinnati that I have owned for the last 5 years. My wife and I spent the past 2.5yr in Japan which allowed us to learn about real estate and gain experience working with property management companies to maintain the house half way across the world. Real Estate Goals: I am looking to expand my portfolio to build more equity and passive income. I would like to do that through purchasing 2-4 unit properties in the Cincinnati area. My ultimate goal is to build my portfolio big enough to replace my day job which will allow me to focus energy on causes that are more meaningful to me.
