I served 13 yrs in the U.S. Marine Corps and now serve the community as a rural carrier for the Post Office. My wife is an accountant for USDA. We just decided in Apr '16 to get back into acquiring properties for our retirement portfolio. More recently, I've partnered up with another BP member to fix and flip.
