About myself
Single father of 4. Currently employed with the electric company in my city. Have been in the Raleigh area since 1993. I'm a realist, charismatic and genuine. I am mostly about viewing the bigger picture in life even when the steps to achieve it are small. Interested in obtaining "subject to" deals for lease/option as an exit.
