About myself
My wife and I own 2 rental properties in addition to our primary residence. One is a long term rental home in Austin Tx. The other is a vacation rental that we will rent on a monthy basis. It is a condo in Miami beach. I am interested in understanding how to navigate some of the more complicated aspects of setting up the rental in Miami beach which requires various licenses. Also, I am interested in real estate investing in general.
