Purchased my first deal January 2020 which consisted of 2 duplexes and a SFR. Currently renovating with plans to rent and refinance by June 2020. I had a goal to purchase my first SFR early 2020 out of state, which I exceeded massively. My goal is to obtain $5,000+ passive income within 5 years. I am looking for investors to purchase more 2-4 unit properties by the end of the year. On my free time, when I’m not obsessing over investing and podcasts, I enjoy learning about and drinking whiskey, watching football, exercising, and spending time with my family. I also enjoy reading fiction military novels such as Galaxy's Edge (I just finished the first book, amazing!).
