I have been involved in Home Building for over 25 years as a Superintendent, Estimator, Designer, Purchasing Manager, and Internet Marketing. In 2008 I decided that it was time that I put my knowledge and skills to test in creating an income for myself in Real Estate Investing. Due to my construction background, Rehab seemed to be the logical choice. However, I soon realized that marketing yourself and your business is a key component to being successful. Therefore, I expanded my Internet Marketing experience by becoming an expert in Search Engine Optimization so that I could ensure that my website was found. Additionally, I took the opportunity to return to college to complement my construction knowledge and experience with a Marketing degree. While I am currently working in the disaster restoration segment in the construction industry, I am focused on launching a custom software that I authored for real estate investors. I plan on providing further validation for the software by using it in my real estate investing activities and using the REI profits toward finalizing and launching the software.
