I am a relatively new investor from Illinois, which I do virtually. I am also currently working on acquiring my real estate license, as it is a necessary tool to eventually do business in my home state. Looking to build relationships and make some friends in this business, aligning with those who are way more knowledgeable than myself and don't mind sharing their insight and experience. I strive to earn while I learn and to be more than a wholesaler, to get into some other strategies including STR and fix and flips.
