I am getting started into real estate after having saved up some money after college. I studied Econometrics at Dartmouth College and specialized in capital markets and game theory. I am using a buy and hold rental strategy and am hoping to gain financial freedom through this strategy. I am interested in projects that are out of state, as I want to be able to move my money from market to market. I work in technology as a senior business associate in Product Management. I've helped launch 2 products in the last 2 years that hit a combined 100mm revenue stream thus far. I like to help teach kids in the NYC area about financial literacy in my spare time.
