I am a full time employee and have been totally inspired by the podcasts and books to get to FI. I am striving to grow my net worth and leave generational wealth so my kids can have a different life if they so choose. My wife thought I was crazy at first but I stayed persistent and eventually she came around. I am extremely dedicated and hardworking at my regular job. I have decided to use some of that commitment toward real estate. I am very handy and have renovated my basement beautifully by hand with my father who is a GC.
