Recent change of career and now a newbie to the real estate world. Hoping to connect with like-minded investors and real estate experts as I continue to branch out, expand my knowledge, and my portfolio. Just completed my first rehab on a single family residence. Currently serving as my primary residence to avoid capital gains. Hoping to add more properties soon!
