I have been in the financial industry for over 20 years. I'm looking to utilize that experience and transition it to real estate investing full time. I have always had a passion for real estate and I have dabbled with real estate hacking by renting out my homes I previously lived in since 2011[3x]. The first quarter of 2019 I purchased 2 single family homes in MI through a wholesaler. It has had many learning lessons. Before these 2 purchases I had a long history of good and profitable landlord experiences. My "why" is to exchange my long hours at my desk job for volunteer traveling all over the world. I want to be profitable in helping others.
