Long version: My day job is mortgage broker. I do normal residential loans, but also love to originate investing and commercial. I am a mortgage broker for a very small firm (just two of us, we keep our overhead very low to give you the best rates). You would be hard pressed to find better rates and service than mine. I am also able to run my business as I see fit, so when you work with me you would think I worked for myself. I love working with investors on the financing side. Prices got too high, and everything was getting bid up too high. in 2020 moved to Long Beach, CA to be closer to family. Now I invest in Pittsburgh PA. I love this town. I do a little flipping, bought some rentals, but moving towards owner financing and lease/options. Over the last couple years, I’ve built a great team, including a team that that’s goes to the foreclosure auction and buys properties for me. That’s me in a nutshell.
