I'm a father of 2 young boys and married to an amazing women who is my partner in this crazy thing we call life. I was born and raised in Indiana, but after graduating from Purdue University my first job brought me to Chicago. I lived in Chicago for about 14 years before I moved to the suburbs for that "white picked fence" dream. My professional career has always been in sales, but for the past 15 years it has been residential home lending with a concentration on BRRR Financing. Most of my Investment property have been bought with the BRRR Strategy. I've worked with some of the biggest names in the Chicago Market and helped finance hundreds of renovation and investor loans. If I can help I try to get my clients in the right direction. I try to live life by always doing the right thing. I currently work for Guaranteed Rate where I manage a team as well as support a region for our renovation programs. I don't just talk a good game... I have flipped 5 properties back in 2011 - 2015 and then I started holding them in an attempt to build a rental portfolio. I'm currently up to 6 with my 7th under contract. I am a firm believer in buying dated or distressed, rehab, rent, and then repeat. My passion is educating people how to create financial wealth through real estate, but my area of expertise is how to navigate the financing side of the house. I've found that if you get this right it usually makes the rest go well!
