I am just starting my BP rental property career. I know it's going to take a lot of work but I've never been afraid of work. I'm a 60 year old retiree and my wife and I are getting ready to start living the good life but obviously I should have started investing in rental properties a long time ago. I know I can do this. In a few years I will be laughing about my first rental purchase.
