Recently moved back to Arkansas after living in California for 3 years. My wife and I purchased our first two rentals shortly after we got married, and realized the potential long term benefits once we retire. Once we moved to Cali in 2015, we kept the house we had built and rented it out as well. I'm looking forward to being back in this market and expanding our portfolio as well as doing a few fix & flips.
