Jesse Houser

My name is Jesse Houser and I'm a licensed real estate agent and investor in Mansfield, OH. In addition to helping people find their personal residence, I'm working to build up my own investment portfolio and helping other investors acquire properties that fit their goals. If I can create enough passive (or mostly passive) income I can reach my long-term goal of being a full-time pastor who does not need a salary from the church. My wife and I purchased our primary residence in November of 2015. We moved in at the beginning of 2016 after I completed several renovations. Our son was born in February shortly after we were settled into our home. I began working a new job as a Licensed Social Worker at the Richland Correctional Institute in May of 2016. This job is my third in the social work field and I have determined that this field is not for me. It is an exhausting job and creates stress in many areas of my life.
