I do work full time in a career that I enjoy. I have a wonderful wife and young kids that keep us very busy. However, I am looking to build a portfolio of rentals so that one day I have an option to work (not a requirement). Experience: I've purchased a handful of SFRs under market value, fixed up, rented, refinanced. In the past, I've also purchased several primary residences and built up equity by increasing square footage. Also, starting to dabble in notes and note funds. Real Estate Goals: I would like for it to give me options on what I want to do with my time. Currently Seeking: Want to learn more and find potential deals.
