42 year old, Upstate Ny grown, father of 2. I currently only own the house i grew up in and my Mother lives in. I had 2 other investment properties over the last 15 years. One 3 unit and one duplex. I upstate NY. Bought both in 2004. I had to see one house in 2016 and one in 2017 due to a divorce. This was done as we needed to settle assets. I would like to get into rental properties again.I liked land lording and offering people/ young family's the opportunity to live in a nice and affordable place. I always concentrated on the working class folks. Like myself. I am loving BP Forums and love listening t the podcasts. Looking forward to gaining a better knowledge base, getting financing ideas, learn more about making better deals, and networking with people.
