I am a native to the Finger Lakes Region in NY. I came to this unique community in 2005. As I have a custom approach to education, I have several degrees and Certificates from TC3. I have also completed more than 30 credits at SUNY ESF. My approach to education is that you should be able to take classes and learn things that you are able to and implement in your day to day activities. I have also attended hundreds of hours of additional real estate education classes that include Short Sales, Foreclosures, Auctions, Private and Hard Money, Financial Strategies, Negotiations, also including multiple classes in how to find and analyze investment properties. My "out of the box approach" gives me a unique background for helping my clients either solve their property problems and or maximize the return for investment property owners. Always having an interest in multi-unit residential income properties, at the age of 24 I put his first offer in on tri-plex. Unfortunately the Army had other plans for me. I spent 5 years in the U.S. Army and was deployed around the world to places including Iraq, Afghanistan, Korea, and several places around the lower 48. Combining my skill sets in marketing and business, with the work ethic and dedication that was ingrained in me through the military, my interest in investments properties, and my excess amount of energy, all add up to a motivated and dedicated representative.
