A Northern Virginia native, Jessica lived in Fairfax County until she met her college sweetheart & moved to Loudoun County where they now reside, raising their 3 children & yellow lab. Before majoring in Marketing at George Mason University, Jessica worked as an intern at a small real estate & property management firm where she quickly learned the varying dynamics of real estate. Beginning her career in 2004, Jessica has emphasized the importance of building trust with each client right off the bat by providing responsive communication at a high level, with integrity & dedication. Jessica cares about her clients experience & understands that so much of their journey is dependent on staying connected. Since joining Chambers Theory, Jessica made a significant milestone & rare achievement, positioning her efforts in the Top 1% of leasing agents worldwide as she crossed the threshold of more than 1,000 individual rental transactions, attributed solely to her name. What makes this accomplishment truly special to Jessica is not the volume of transactions, but that no other real estate agent in the history of the MLS records in the DC Metro region has had a better DOM [days on market] average when considering 1,000 rental transactions or more! Something she's very proud of! Jessica has been a licensed Realtor since 2005, as well as an active member of NVAR [Northern Virginia Association of Realtors] & NARPM [National Association of Residential Property Managers].
