Jessica Connor

I am interested in investing in multifamily properties via syndication and partnering with others. My strengths include underwriting using Excel models and property management. I currently own a duplex in Sacramento, CA (employing a long-term buy & hold strategy). I have 3 years of property management experience, having managed a 40 unit student housing (off-campus dormitory) and 110 unit student housing (off-campus SRO used for student housing) in Berkeley, CA. I graduated from University of California, Berkeley. As FYI, my day job is currently as a Real Estate Analyst (in the commercial real estate space). I am also a licensed, active CPA in California.
