Hi BP! I am a Property Investor and currently working as Property Manager for a small management company on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. To be more specific, Salisbury & Fruitland Maryland, Wicomico County. My Husband, Chris, has been listening to BP for over a year now and got me hooked. We currently own 4 investment properties and are actively looking to build our portfolio, but 2020 has not been very helpful. As I mentioned, I currently work for an "owner and operating" management company and manage multifamily homes, single family homes, student housing, and a 104 unit community; approximately 280 units in total. The company I work for only manages properties we own. I have found several podcasts (early podcasts) to be insightful and provide new ways of thinking on Landlording/Property Management and "Tenant Training," and I am only in the 80's range of podcasts, so I am excited to learn more helpful tips! Its a shame, I know, that it took me so long to actually want to buy more rentals, but it's better late than never, amirite. Either way, I am here to learn more, provide insight on my experience (screening, court filings, evictions, collections, etc.) I've done a little of everything. I won't call myself a "master" of the trade, but I will say I will [most likely] be able to provide a solution to most situations. I look forward to connecting!
