Since I was 10 years of age, I have been involved in real estate in some capacity or another. My parents have always been in residential rental real estate and I remember from an early age helping to prepare homes for our new tenants. Flash forward a few (undisclosed number of) years later, and I am full-throttle in the real estate industry. I am a residential Realtor specializing in the Scottsdale, North Phoenix, and Paradise Valley markets. My husband and I also own a company called Peace of Mind Home Care Services, Inc., in which we manage homes on behalf of Snowbirds while they are away. Our home-watch business is thriving and we are always looking to take on new clientele. We can partner with real estate agents, builders, or snowbirds - anyone who needs help ensuring a home is in tip-top shape in their absence. I also own a 4-plex and am looking for my next multi-family property to add to my portfolio. In addition, I work within the wholesaling world and represent my partner who owns a residential brokerage, has a large portfolio of rentals, has a great property management team and consistently buys/holds/flips/etc. We have a solid bank account and are always working to acquire homes for our portfolio as well as to present to other like-minded investors.
