Jessica Manzella

I love all things real estate! I guess it all started when I would spend hours drawing house plans as a child. I was enthralled with interior design magazines and planned what each room of my future hotel would look like. After spending 20 years in a career in the medical field, my passion for real estate re-surfaced. I started right here on Bigger Pockets, reading articles and listening to podcasts during my commute. I then joined my local real estate investing association and became a Realtor shortly after. Within a year or so, I had the privilege of being asked to join the Board of the New Orleans Real Estate Investors Association as their Marketing Director. My investor experience has included wholesaling, rehabbing, notes, and short term rentals. I have experience with subject to, owner financing, and have access to funds for owner occupants who have difficulty obtaining traditional financing.
