My day job is in the humanitarian sector- which I love and have no intention of leaving- but I have always been interested in real estate. My goal is to acquire enough real estate that I am not wondering if I will ever be able to retire, or if my money will last long enough. Currently focused on duplexes and SFRs and will start in the Florida market.
