Over the past 8 years, we've dabbled in fix-and-flips, but our hearts are set on buy and hold. Our portfolio shines with a mobile home park (MHP) and several co-living properties. Relationship-building and top-notch project management are our forte, and we're on a mission to expand our MHP portfolio. Nestled in the heart of East Texas, we’re loving life in the "Freedom State" and have our sights set on the vibrant Tyler, TX market.
